IMI.VC is founded in 2011 by Igor Matsanyuk, one of the world's most successful Internet entrepreneurs.

IMI.VC is looking for projects that are: on-line, mass, cross-platform, trendy and innovative. Currently IMI.VC portfolio includes leading mobile and social gaming companies: Game Insight; Farminers Startup Academy business incubator with 12 resident projects and 22 more innovative mobile development companies.

In October 2012 Mikhail Vinchel invested in IMI.VC, and Gregory Finger joined the company as chairman of the board. Board of directors of IMI.VC venture company consists of: Gregory Finger, Mikhail Vinchel, Igor Matsanyuk.

Intel Capital is willing to invest $65 million dollars

The Intel Capital investment subdivision announced its intention to make substantial investments in 16 start-ups, including start-ups from India (Perpetuuiti Technosoft in Mumbai and Savaari Car Rentals in Bangalore).
